Before:
This property was a lake home and the residents wanted to expand their outdoor entertaining area. Edgewater worked with to develop a plan that could be implemented a little each year, and well as incorporating projects the homeowners took on themselves. |

Stage 1:
The first stage was to build a raised patio off the sun porch and deck. Steps from the patio led down to the pier.

Stage 2:
Next we connected the path to the pier. The homeowner constructed the pergola, that had been incorporated in the project at the planning stage. There a several more stages to be implemented, but the home owners have had a beautiful use-able space at the end of each construction visit. |
